Our Next Trip Is Spring 2027, March 7th to 10th. We can accommodate any level of angler, from beginner to advanced. Be sure to book early to guarantee your spot at the Lodge.

The Lodge, located in Conneaut Ohio is in the heart of Steelhead Alley. Join us for an unforgettable adventure chasing Steelhead. Mountain Laurel Guide Service has teamed up with Captain Kurt, owner of the lodge to host a fully guided trip.

Captain Kurt and his daughter Morgan has been featured on The New Fly Fisher, and you can watch Explosive PA & Ohio Steelhead Fishing here.

Here are the details of the trip

• Arrive between 4-5pm on Sunday, March 7. Fish fully guided days on the 8th and 9th. Depart on Wednesday the 10th after breakfast or stick around and fish on your own that morning before heading home.

• Included, all private access to sections of Crooked Creek, Conneaut Creek and ½ mile on Elk Creek.

• All meals and lodging.

• All fly rods, reels, leaders, tippet, and flies are provided, or you can bring and use your own fly rod.

• 1 guide per 2 anglers for this trip.

• Maximum of 10 anglers for this trip.

  Not included in this trip

• Gratuity for the guides. Customary $100 to $200 a day.

• Ohio fishing license and or PA fishing license. Fishing can take place in Ohio or PA given the unpredictable nature of weather. If a PA license is needed, maker sure to purchase a PA fishing license with Combo Trout/Lake Erie Tributary stamp. For Ohio you just need to purchase a fishing license.

• Price: $1400.00 per person
